Schedule a post

How to pick a time for a post in Deploy, set up recurring posting slots, and see what's already scheduled that day.

Now or later

#

On the Settings step, Release is where you choose when a post goes out. Pick Schedule instead of Now and a calendar appears. Every destination in the post goes out at the same time, and nothing is sent before then.

Pick a time

#

Pick a day on the calendar, then set the time under Exact time with the hour, minute and AM/PM controls. Goes out shows the time you chose, in your own time zone, which is named right below it.

Past days can't be picked. If the time you set has already passed, Deploy asks for a future one before you can continue.

Posting slots

#

A posting slot is a time you like to post at, saved so you don't have to set it every time. Open Manage slots to add one: choose the time of day, the days of the week it repeats on (leave them empty for every day) and an optional label. You can edit or delete slots there too.

When the day you picked has slots, they show under Your posting slots as one-click times. Next open slot jumps to your next slot that doesn't already have a post, and pressing it again moves on to the one after.

What's already scheduled

#

Days that already have a post scheduled are marked on the calendar. Select one and Already that day lists those posts with their times and platforms, so you can space things out.

After you schedule

#

On the Deploy step, the button reads Schedule for the time you picked. Press it and you're done: the post goes out on its own, so you can close the page.

Until then it waits on your Calendar, where you can move it to another time, edit it or cancel it.
