Plans and limits

What Free, Standard and our Studio plan include, and where to check exact API, video and account limits.

Choose a plan

#

Deploy has three plans: Free, Standard and our Studio plan. Every plan posts to every platform Deploy supports, with captions, thumbnails and scheduling included.

PlanPriceWorkspacesMembers, including youSource videos a month
FreeFree115
Standard$15/mo11No monthly cap
Studio$39/mo10 (add more for $10/mo each)5No monthly cap

A source video counts once each time you deploy it, however many platforms it goes to. Deploying the same video again later counts again, and uploading or saving a draft never counts. On Standard and our Studio plan there is no monthly cap: post as much as each platform's own limits allow, with fair use applying on top. See Platforms for each platform's limits.

What changes plan to plan

#
  • Free gets you a workspace and a monthly source-video allowance, plenty for trying Deploy out. When it runs out, Deploy tells you and offers Standard. The count starts again on the first of the month (UTC), and everything already posted stays put.
  • Standard lifts the monthly video cap and adds the API and MCP server, so a script or an assistant can post for you too.
  • Our Studio plan adds several more workspaces and team members, plus client links so a client can connect their own accounts to one of your workspaces without seeing anything else in your account.

API and MCP access

#

The API and MCP server come with Standard and our Studio plan. Reads and writes each have their own per-minute allowance, shared by REST and MCP calls, and publishing through the API or MCP counts against its own daily allowance separate from the app.

Connected accounts per platform

#

On Free and Standard, a workspace can connect a set number of accounts from each platform; the Accounts per platform column above shows how many. On our Studio plan, a workspace can connect as many accounts from the same platform as you need. Moving to a plan with a smaller allowance never disconnects an account you already have.

Billing

#

Manage your plan from Account, then Billing. Choose a plan's Get button to subscribe; if you already pay for one, Deploy shows the prorated charge and waits for you to confirm before anything changes. If that charge doesn't go through, you stay on the plan you have, and Deploy links you to the invoice, where your bank can confirm the payment or you can use another card. Payments go through Stripe, and Manage billing, Update card and Cancel plan open Stripe's own pages.

To move to a plan with fewer workspaces or fewer people, first archive the workspaces you no longer need, and remove people or revoke invitations on the Team tab. Deploy tells you how many that is when you try. Restoring an archived workspace counts like adding a new one, so it comes back when your plan has room for it.
