Up to five people on your team, each seeing only the clients you give them. And a link you send each client so they connect their own YouTube, TikTok or Instagram themselves, without ever handing you a password.
Bringing on a client
The part of agency work that usually means a spreadsheet of logins.
Make them a workspace
One per client, with its own connected accounts, library, calendar and posting times. Nothing in it shows up anywhere else.
Send them a link
The client opens it and sees your name, their workspace name and the platform buttons. That's all.
They connect
They click Connect YouTube, or TikTok, or Instagram, and log in on the platform's own screen. Their account lands in their workspace, and you never see a password.
You post
Upload the clip, write the caption, pick the platforms, post or schedule. Same as any other deploy.
When it ends
Remove the workspace and the client's connections go with it. Nothing to revoke, no password to change.

A week of clips for one client
Open the client's workspace and switch to the batch view. Drop in the week's clips. Write the caption once and apply it to all of them, or give each its own. Pick the platforms for the whole batch, use the client's saved posting times, and schedule the lot. Any post can be dragged to another day on the calendar. A team member who only works on this client sees only this client.
Questions
How much does Deploy cost for an agency?
Our Studio plan is $39 a month for ten workspaces, five team members and client links. Each workspace after ten is $10 a month. Nothing is charged per connected account.
Can clients connect their own social accounts?
Yes! Each client workspace has a link. The client opens it, connects their accounts on the platform's own login, and you never hold a password.
Can I limit a team member to certain clients?
Yes. Add them as a member and pick the workspaces they get. Those are the only ones they'll see.
What happens when a client leaves?
Remove the workspace. Its accounts, library, calendar and history go with it.
