Calendar

See every scheduled, published and failed post in Deploy on one calendar, move a post to a new time, or shift a whole batch.

See your posts

#

Open Calendar from the top of the app to see every scheduled, published and failed post in this workspace. Switch between Month and Week, and use Today or the arrows to move through time.

The Scheduled, Published and Failed buttons show or hide each kind of post, and the platform icons narrow it to one destination. Select a post to see its video, caption, destinations and status.

Schedule from the calendar

#

Select the + on an empty day, or one of your open posting slots, to start a new post already set for that time. New deployment at the top starts one without a time.

Move a scheduled post

#
  1. Select a scheduled post and choose Reschedule.
  2. Pick a new date and time, then select Confirm reschedule.

On a computer you can also drag a scheduled post to another day. In Month view it keeps its time of day. In Week view you can drop it at a new time, too.

Only scheduled posts can move. Once a post starts publishing, it stays put.

Change or cancel a post

#

To change a scheduled post's caption, video or destinations, select it and choose Edit. That takes it off the schedule and opens it as a draft, so schedule it again when you're done or it won't go out.

To stop a scheduled post, open More actions on it and choose Cancel deployment. If a post failed, select it and choose Retry.

Move a whole batch

#

With Batches turned on for your workspace, each batch shows as a band across its days. Select a band to see how many posts it holds. From there, Open batch takes you into it, and Show only this batch hides everything else. The Batch menu in the toolbar filters the same way.

  1. Select the batch's band and choose Move batch.
  2. Pick the day its first post should land on, then select Continue.
  3. Check the dates and select Confirm move.

On a computer you can drag the band to a new day instead, and you'll get the same confirmation.

Every post shifts by the same number of days and keeps its own time of day, so the spacing between them stays the same. The move is all or nothing: if any post can't move, none of them do.

A batch can move only while every post in it is still scheduled and hasn't started posting. If one has already gone out, is still a draft, or was taken off the schedule, select the band to see why, then move the posts one at a time.
