Post podcast clips to every platform

I built Deploy because I publish a podcast and was uploading the same clip seven times a week. It doesn't cut the clips; your editor or your clipping tool does that. It takes the finished vertical clip and posts it to YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, Threads, X and Bluesky, with a caption that fits each one, and it lets you queue a whole episode's worth of clips in one sitting.

My week, as I run it

The episode goes out on Tuesday. By Monday I've got five to eight clips from it, cut vertical, somewhere between forty seconds and two minutes. Length matters: anything over 90 seconds can't go to Facebook Reels, and Deploy tells me that before I upload rather than after, so the long ones go to Instagram, Shorts, TikTok and the rest while the short ones go everywhere.

I open the batch view, drop the clips in, and caption each row. The guest's name and the episode title are the same on every clip, so that part is typed once and applied to all; the hook line is different per clip. Bluesky and X get a shorter version where the shared caption runs long, and Deploy shows me each platform's count while I type.

Then the rows go on the calendar, one clip a day at my saved posting time, with the best one on release day. The whole thing takes about twenty minutes, and Tuesday through Sunday post themselves.

What matters for clips

Length
Facebook Reels stop at 90 seconds. Shorts take up to 3 minutes, Threads 5, Bluesky 10, TikTok 10 on most accounts, and Instagram Reels 15. Deploy tells you before you post which platforms a clip fits.
The Show Notes Link
Some platforms make a link in a caption clickable and some don't. The caption is per platform, so the episode link goes where it works and the show name goes where it doesn't.
First Comment
On Instagram, Threads and Facebook, Deploy can post a first comment with the clip. That's where the episode link and the full guest credit go, leaving the caption for the hook.
Made for Kids
Every YouTube upload needs the declaration YouTube requires. Deploy sets it to not made for kids by default, and you set it once per workspace.
The Library
Every clip stays in your library with where it went, so a clip that did well can be sent again to a platform it missed, months later, without hunting for the file.

What it costs a podcast

A weekly show with five clips is 20 videos a month, which is Standard at $15. One clip counts once however many platforms it goes to. A show posting fewer than five clips a month is free. A network running several shows wants our Studio plan: ten workspaces for $39, one per show, with each host seeing only their own.

Questions

Does Deploy cut clips from an episode?

No, Deploy posts clips you've already cut. Any editor or clipping tool that exports a vertical MP4 works, and Deploy takes it from there.

How many platforms can a clip go to?

YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, Threads, X and Bluesky today, each with its own caption, and more on the way.

Can I schedule a week of clips at once?

Yes! The batch view takes a whole episode's clips, one row each, and schedules them together. Drag any of them to another day on the calendar.

How long can a clip be?

Up to 90 seconds for Facebook Reels, 3 minutes for Shorts, 5 for Threads, 10 for Bluesky, 10 for TikTok on most accounts, and 15 for Instagram Reels. Deploy tells you before you post which platforms a clip fits.

What does it cost?

Five clips a month are free. Standard is $15 a month with no cap, which covers a weekly show. Our Studio plan is $39 for ten workspaces, for a network of shows.
