Library
Find every video you've uploaded to Deploy, post one again without re-uploading, sort clips into folders, and follow each post.
Videos and deployments
#Open Library from the top of the app. It has two tabs. Videos holds every clip you've uploaded to this workspace. Deployments holds every post you've made from them: drafts, scheduled posts and published ones.
One video can go out as many deployments as you like, so you only ever upload it once.
Your newest videos come first. Select Show older videos at the end of the list to load the rest.
Post a video again
#- On Videos, narrow the list with All, Unpublished, Published or In progress.
- Find the clip and select Use in deployment.
- Deploy opens a new post with that video already added. Pick your destinations, write a caption and send it.
Select a video's preview to play it. If a video couldn't be prepared, select Retry preparation on its card.
Already partway through a post? On the Media step, choose From library instead of Upload new.
Organize with folders
#Select New folder on the Videos tab to make one. To file a clip, select Move to folder on its card. To file several, choose Select videos, tick the clips, then select Move to and pick a folder.
All videos always shows everything in the workspace, folders included. Open a folder to see just what's in it.
Follow a deployment
#Each card on Deployments shows the post's status, its caption and an icon for every destination. What you can do depends on where it's at:
- Draft: Resume draft picks up where you left off.
- Scheduled: Cancel stops it from going out.
- Waiting: when a daily limit or upload spacing holds a destination back, the card says when it goes out and why. Cancel stops whatever hasn't posted yet, and anything already live stays up.
- Published: View published post opens it on the platform.
- Failed or partly published: the card names each destination that didn't post and why. Fix what it asks for, then select Retry deployment.
If your workspace has Batches turned on, switch between By batch and By date. By batch groups posts under each batch's name, with Open batch to jump back into it. A draft inside a batch offers Resume batch, and everything else sits under Not in a batch.
